Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your delivery date, we regrettably cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by CarGriply
  • Are in their original condition
  • Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • Were incorrectly shipped (wrong item received)
  • Show quality issues upon arrival

All items must be returned with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products with damaged or missing safety seals
  • Items showing signs of use or installation attempts
  • Custom-modified or personalized mounts
  • Products with removed or damaged packaging

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service at ask@cargriply.com to initiate your return
  2. You'll receive return shipping instructions and authorization
  3. Pack the item securely with all original components
  4. Ship to: CarGriply Returns, 317 Oakwood Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3L 1E8
  5. Upon receipt, we'll inspect the returned item
  6. You'll receive email confirmation of the inspection result
  7. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Details

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refund processing typically takes 2-5 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided
  • Package loss due to unsecured delivery location after confirmed delivery
  • Items damaged during customer installation
  • Products modified or altered by the customer

Partial Returns

For orders containing multiple items, refunds will only be issued for the returned items, not the entire order. Each item's condition will be evaluated separately.
